Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Sale items are final sale / Sale items can be returned for store credit.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at info@hasumu.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and a return shipping label.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely. Just reach out to us and we'll help you swap for the size you need, subject to availability.

How do I know what size to order?

Absolutely. While we design with pickleball in mind, our apparel is versatile enough for tennis, golf, training, running, and everyday wear.

How should I care for my Hasumu apparel?

Machine wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the performance fabric's stretch and moisture-wicking properties.
